Our inter-company training courses allow for the maintenance and development of learners’ skills in a different context.

  • Group training: training sessions held during lunchtime with a maximum of 6 people (or 4 in online training sessions) from various companies who have the same language level. These sessions focus on professional topics* and allow each learner to progress all for a lower fee thanks to the pooling of requests.
  • Professional exchanges: Participants meet new people who are active in different sectors and this encourages oral exchanges and language practice.
  • Reinforcement of long-term learning: each learner consolidates what they learn thanks to our Leapsy app, which allows them to work independently outside training sessions.

Our training courses are eligible for various company vouchers and/or training vouchers or sectoral funds in Belgium. For more information, contact us.

*As this course requires a considerable amount of oral exchange, we do not recommend it for beginners or false beginners (A0 – A1). We recommend that beginners start with an individual training course. You can evaluate your learner’s level, without commitment, by making an appointment with one of our consultants.

    Meet with one of our consultants

    During this first meeting, your Accent Languages consultants will define a training project with you that is adapted to the objectives, needs and level of the learner. They will also inform you of any subsidies for which you may be eligible (in Belgium).

    Pass the ELAO language test

    We invite your employee to take an ELAO language test to determine their level of competence in the target language. This step allows us to define clear objectives and identify the trainer who is best suited to their profile. To learn more about the ELAO test, visit www.elao-test.com .

    Enjoy the training course

    All our trainers are trained in our pedagogy, which favors speaking (‘linguistic click’) and embedding the knowledge gained over the long term. At the end of each session, the trainers create exercises in our Leapsy app that focus on eliminating specific difficulties encountered during the session, thereby allowing the learner to practice independently.

    Receive an evaluation report

    At the end of the course, you will receive an end-of-cycle report as well as an attendance report. The end-of-cycle report contains a considerable amount of information, including the points covered during the training course; the level attained; the skills acquired and those that still require improvement; and the learner’s motivation and involvement levels.
