Our group training courses meet the specific needs of learners and encourage oral exchanges.
Adapted content: the content of this type of training course is specifically defined to correspond to the group’s needs. The scenarios and vocabulary are relevant to the company’s sector of activity and listening comprehension exercises are proposed in the desired accent.
Maximum interaction: oral expression and exchanges between participants are privileged. The learners improve fluency thanks to a ‘linguistic click’ facilitated by our trainers.
Autonomous memorization: each learner consolidates what they learn thanks to our Leapsy app, which allows them to work autonomously outside session hours.

During this first meeting, your Accent Languages consultants will define a training project with you that is adapted to the objectives, needs and level of the learners. They will also inform you about any subsidies for which you may be eligible.
We invite your employees to take an ELAO language test to determine their level of competence in the target language. This step allows us to form groups with homogeneous levels, as well as to define clear objectives and identify the trainer who is best suited for the group.
All of our trainers are trained in our pedagogy, which encourages speaking (‘linguistic click’) and long-term results. At the end of each session, the trainers create exercises in our Leapsy tool that focus on eliminating specific difficulties encountered during the session, thereby allowing learners to practice independently.
At the end of the course, you receive individual end-of-cycle reports as well as an attendance report. The end-of-cycle reports contain a considerable amount of information, including the points covered during the training course; the level achieved; the skills acquired and those that require improvement; and the learners’ level of motivation and involvement.

The teaching method is very effective, especially the e-learning tools, such as Audiocoach and Myvoc.
When questions arise, answers and explanations follow immediately. On top of this, exercises to review the matter are scheduled in the next training session.
